Losing DATA

I got a new IPHONE and when I restored it from ICLOUD all of my data since I got my Charge HR 2 (more than 7 months) was erased. The app gave me the data I had had when I briefly used a Fitbit Flex in 2014 reverting to that information and ignoring all of the information in the system available on the app (and the weekly reports) I had collected since I got the Charge HR 2.

 

This is quite frustrating. How can I get the DATA back?
