Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Fit7536.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the way to turn off the vibrations. I understand how you are feeling and I here to help. Your Fitbit device vibrates to alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven’t met your hourly activity goal. When you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. To temporarily turn off notifications on your Fitbit device:
1. Press and hold the button on your tracker to reach the quick settings screen.
2. Tap Notifications to turn them off. The notifications icon dims to indicate that notifications are turned off.
For more information about notifications, see How do I turn my Fitbit device’s notification setting on or off?
Let me know how it goes.
