How to unforget Fitbit charge HR device on iphone

My Fitbit charge HR had no issue until I had some issues of pairing it with my iPhone 6 on April 4. I once did 'forget this device' from my iPhone 6 Bluetooth and since then I have not been able to revive that. It's been more than a week and have not been able to resolve. Request help.

Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS section since more relevant to the topic & increases the chance of getting a solution.

 

Feel free to factory reset* your tracker, afterwards it's normally possible to relink back to the account.

Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
