Moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS section since more relevant to the topic & increases the chance of getting a solution.
Feel free to factory reset* your tracker, afterwards it's normally possible to relink back to the account.
* Factory Reset
Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
