I have just replaced my flex with an Alta HR.   Can someone please help me to update the app.   I have tried everything as cant use the Alta until I can sync it.    Very frustrating as there is no manual to help me.   I am using the IOS system.  TIA

If you already have a Fitbit account and want to replace your existing tracker with a new one, or if you use more than one tracker and want to have them both on the same account, choose a section below. If you’re replacing one tracker with another of the same model, you’ll be asked to confirm the replacement.

  • FITBIT APP
    1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon (User-added image).
    2. Tap Set Up a Device.
    3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I'm trying to update the Fitbit app on my Charge 2. I'm fairly new to IOS, can someone give me an idea of how to get the app to update? I'm on IOS 11.1 if that helps.
