How can I change my email address?

Hi, @gramawhipp! Within the app, go into your account, "Privacy & Security," and "Security & Login," then click change email. Alternately, you can do it on the web, by visiting this site and clicking "change email address."

@gramawhipp, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question, as @MakMak mentioned, you can go to www.fitbit.com in the address bar on your browser (Safari, Chrome or Edge) or you can click on this link: Fitbit Personal Settings. 

 

Once you click on the link you will be redirected to a page where you have to type in your current email and password:.

After you log in, you will be able to see the following page:

In here, click on "Change Email Address" for this pop-up to appear:

Type in your new email address, confirm it and type your current password, then click on Change. This will change the email address on your account. Please remember that an email will be sent to your new email address so you can verify it.
