It says there’s a new update available for my Blaze but when I️ click it just give me the http 0 error and says it can’t load. No, I️ haven’t gotten a new phone, but did update to iOS 11. Any ideas on what the issue is???

There's a known bug causing error 0 on the iOS app but it's related to setting up a fitbit rather than updating. Might be worth a look at the thread on this though in case it is the same problem:
