Not able to login with iOS. I have been told that this is an error that they are trying to fix.it. But looking on the forums they are lots of complaints since August last year but there are no solutions posted.
i am seriously thinking of trying Garmin. I have had so many problems with syncing etc
would really welcome a new solution.... I have:
deleted uploaded new Fitbit app (numerous times)
ensured time was set to automatic
turned Bluetooth on off
re paired
reset the fit bit
was there ever a solution found for this?

@Mandyanita the error is usually associated with a Network Error, often with a VPN connection.
Some users on the Fitbit Community have reported the following helped them log into their accounts:
1) Turn off/on Bluetooth
2) Turn WI-FI On/OFF
3) Log in via Wi-Fi connection, not cellular data
4) if this does not work, you may want to try a different network.
