I have not been able to sync my fit bit since 4/2/16
It tries but never seems to complete no data for sleep etc since last sync.
Have tried taking app off and back on. Have switched on and off Bluetooth and wifi.
Have reset Fitbit
Nothing has worked any ideas?

Hi @Catmac,

Since you have tried a lot of our standard sync troubleshoots, I'd recommend force closing and reopening the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

You can force close the app by: rapidly double tapping the iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit App > and then swipe up on the preview of the app to force close.

Let me know if this helps!

I can't get mine to sync. This is only the second time I tried to sync. I bought it 4 days ago. I force quit, and it didn't help. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still no sync. There is an update for the Charge but it won't update either. I also, have no other Bluetooth devices going.

I've tried everything so far and I cannot fully sync. I cannot turn off the silent alarm and the time will not sync with iPhone when changiing time zones. I'm on vacation and I want the alarms turned off

@LandryJT @Jbkanata I'd recommend restarting your tracker if you haven't already, rebooting your iOS device, turning off your iOS Bluetooth for 10 seconds and then turning it back on, and then opening the Fitbit App should initiate a sync.

Hope this helps both of you out!

Hi I've tired all these steps and my Fitbit still won't sync. It did it automatically Jan 16-February 2nd then randomly stopped syncing. The sync starts but never completes. Very frustrating. Please help resolve or advise if I need to return for new hardware. I am using an iPhone 6s and all software and apps are up to date.

Thanks!
