How can I resolve not being able to use the app it says my password and email are wrong they are not and on the website it allows me to log in!

Hi @APineda. Welcome on board!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for confirming that you're able to log into the website. This is an odd behavior and let's work on this together. Since our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app I'd recommend to do the following:
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and try logging in one more time.
If the same keeps happening, please confirm your iPhone's model and iOS version so I can look into this.
