I do not see the sync and I am behind my peers

Hi @SalBol. Welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for letting me know that you're having issues to sync. I understand how important this feature is for you and let's work on this together. Our team recently released a new update for the Fitbit app, so please make sure it's downloaded.

 

Once that is done, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Fitbit.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > your Fitbit image > Sync now.

 

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
