I can’t login into my app after changing my password

Hello 

I was syncing my sons Fitbit, once I got to switch to parent view it wouldn’t let me log into my account, it kept telling me incorrect password (even though it wasn’t) so I followed the instructions to reset my password but I’m still getting the same error. However I am able to log into my account online.

Same thing here.  I was going to use the chat with help last night but there were 10 people in line.  Wow they have some sort of bug.

Managed to get in. I’ve deleted the app, and logged in. Hope that helps you too

I have done that too. But as soon as I change to the kids account it’s coming up with wrong password. All started after the last update.

Same issue here with kid account switch to parent account. Annoying... But it was working before. Hope they will solve the issue...
