Hello,

I don't get sms notification to my Inspire 3 fitbit. I only get phone calls and email notification but NOT sms, I have exhausted all the suggestions suggested here in the forum and I don't have any solution to my issue.  I have installed, reinstalled, reconnect, resync, you name it!  nothing works.  On the other hand, my husband's Inspire 3 fitbit is receiving sms notification.

I recently got my fitbit one week ago.

Any ideas why it is not working?
