I have formally deleted the Fitbit App off my phone!

For 20 minutes the App was searching for my ONE Fitbit, which was next to it...seriously! My One gives me steps everyday but the App no longer want to find it??? There are no human to speak with so I'll just take the steps from my ONE and move on. Cause the App is junk!

This problem can often be with the fitbit rather than app. It seems that fitbits can sometimes get issues with the bluetooth signal.

 

Sometimes it can be solved by restarting the fitbit using this procedure:

It's worth trying this a few times though as it sometimes doesn't work.
