Ever since software update, my Fitbit has not been working right. First, right after the update, the fitbit died. Black screen, would not turn on or charge. However, when I logged into Fitbit.com on my computer, it suddenly started working again. Now, a few days later, I went to the app to sync, and all I had was a white screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. But now it will not let me log in. Get the error message -- oops something went wrong. Please try again. The request timed out.
Had no problems until the update. Now I cannot even sync or login.

Another way to get an answer is to do a search of the forum. Especially the forum for the phone you sync through. Im sure your not the first to have seen this, and most likely your answer has been in these forums before you asked.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Floridagal74! I totally understand where your concern is coming, we will be more than glad to help as my friends are trying to do @Rich_Laue and @WendyB. Here we go!
First of all, I'd recommend charging your buddy around 2 hours to make sure it has enough power (even if you've charged it, try an hour more). Then, restart your tracker 3 times in a row by following these steps.
Since you mentioned you have deleted the app, I suggest making sure you download the latest version. For Android is 2.55 and for iOS 2.39 (up-to-date). ![]()
If the app keeps crashing or showing a white screen, try force quitting the app and rebooting your phone.
PS: I moved your post to the iOS Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer here to your inquiry!
Give this a go and let us know how it goes!
