Are you receiving an error when trying to update?? if so please describe the error.
To update your Fitbit app for Android, you just need to do the following:
- Tap the Play Store app.
- Tap or click the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Tap My apps & games. If the Fitbit app has an update, you’ll see it in the Updates list.
- Tap Update.
To update your Fitbit app for iOS, you just need to do the following:
- Tap the App Store app.
- Tap the Updates tab. If the Fitbit app has an update, you’ll see it in the Available Updates list.
- Tap Update.
