Hi,
I uset to always track my runs via the Fitbit app on my iPhone. Suddenly i started getting an warning message “poor gps alert - continue with tracking could result in irregular gps data for this activity”. I completed a 4K run and the app thinks I ran over 6k.
I dont think the issue is my phone as I can track my runs properly on track my runs app. Can anyone help me with how I can resolve this?
thank you 😊

Iphone 6s with latest ios update.
Fitbit Charge 2 with the most recent update today 2.53
Still getting poor GPS alert, after having tried all the overly simplified and obvious "fixes" you suggested.
This is clearly an app problem that has been going on for some time.
All other location based apps on my phone, including running apps, have no problem!
Please advise when Fitbit will take this problem seriously!
I've been a loyal Fitbit user for years, but without the ability to track my runs, I'd be better off with another tracker.
