I stopped receiving notifications

Today I set my Fitbit versa to charge before getting to work; for some reason the screen froze so I restarted it and it went back to normal I charged it and all; everything was normal I was receiving my notifications; but later I realized that my phone was receiving them but not my Fitbit I don’t know what to do; I did what everyone suggests restarting it; restarting my app; sync it and nothing seems to work!!! 

I really need it to work; because during my day I don’t usually check my phone and this was a perfect solution!!! Anyone know what to do; I’m working with and iPhone 7+

I scrolled to "notifications" on my Charge 2 and found that it was off.  I held the button down until it turned "on" - notifications started back up!
