Omg this new update screwed up my whole device. My screen is black and won’t sync anything for me. I feel that customer service won’t be able to get back to me faster. I’ve deleted and reset the app and rebooted and Updated my iPhone with no luck. Anyone else out there with the same problem?

Having rebooted the phone without any luck I would try rebooting your fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
