Hi
As of today, when I enter an activity in the IOS app, it gets stuck loading activity stats and then says "Try again to sync". The activity stats never load and the activity doesn't sync to my dashboard on Fitbit.com I want this syncing to be restored. Other things (food, etc.) continue to sync, but not logged activities. Help would be appreciated.

Fitbit server side not accepting run activity -- asks to "Try again to sync" but does nothing .... US-TX

Now it works for me.
What i did is that i record another activity and then both has been synced. I don't know if that is solution but now i have synced everything.

I had another 1.5hr run today. It didn't sync - same issue as before. Let's see if it syncs in the morning.

Still doesn't work for me. Exercises i log are synced, but not the gps-tracked one from my race.
Seems totally random who it works for. Really annoying. I feel I've tried everything.

My GSP-tracked activity that did not sync last night sync'd this morning. The night before I did attempt many times by selecting the 'attempt to sync again', but it failed. This morning it just auto-synced.

Well...
Now I tried logging out of the app. Restarting the phone and logging back in again, the whole exercise is actually gone. Deleted. The reason I wanted the gps-file so badly is that it was my first ever orienteering run. I won't ever use the fitbit app to track those runs again.
Don't try what I did if you want the exercises to eventually sync.

Turning off my FitBit One and turning it back on allowed for the sync to happen, however, my FitBit and the app say I have more steps than a Work Week Challenge that I'm currently in. AND its more steps than I had when I restarted the One. Before the sync worked, when I tracked activity, the app saw those steps, but nothing additional.

I still get the problem every now and then, especially with long runs. I don't think I'll trust fitbit during my official races. I hope it will just 'auto-fix' itself in a few days like last time - but still super annoying.
This time it's little different. The calories are loaded, but the mile splits, heart rate, active minutes, aren't loaded.

I'm having this same issue after my GPS tracked run yesterday!

Mine still hasn't sync'd.

I'm going to start logging runs on Nike+ or something similar and let the fitbit track HR and steps during the run. I really depend on stats such as splits so I'm going to use a more reliable app for that. Even if the fitbit app was logging runs as it should, there's still important missing functionality, like aggregating and displaying clearly miles ran during the month/week/etc, and avg pace for the month/week/etc. This type of functionality seems like a no brainer and wouldn't be difficult to add to the exercise tracking part of the fitbit app.

This is a constant issue with walks/runs not syncing. I'll get the map but not the activity stats. Sometimes it comes in the next day, sometimes not. Very frustrating. None of the steps of restarting or force quitting have helped.

It seems the issue is not resolved, I encountered this today after using fitbit to track my 5mile hike and it keeps saying Loading Activity Stats. Then I look back on the Exercise tab and says my hike is not synced.
Sure makes me not want to continue to support fitbit and not buy / upgrade to a newer fitbit.

My IOS app just did this to me. I will hope for the best but I was very proud of myself today and would like the data to be saved and to be able to see the activity stats for my effort. I have tried the above suggestions as well as turning my phone off and then on again. It still hasn't worked and i'll hope that it syncs tomorrow morning but if not i'd really like a permanent solution to the issue. Thank you

Happened to me as well for th 8 mile runs I've done the past few days. I recorded on the iOS fitbit app to get GPS tracking. When I completed the run it showed up in the app with GPS mapped out and a second autodetected run appeared with HR data. In the past the autodetected one would disappear and the HR data would show up in the manually started run. However now I have 4 runs listed instead of 2. The GPS runs both say "Try Again to Sync".
Incidentally the GPS recorded runs are not showing up on the Web Dashboard, only the runs that lack the GPS data.
I hope fitbit has a fix for this
