IOS App crashes when trying to sync.

When I open the App on my IPhone the app looks like it starts to sync, but then it crashes.

Does the app crash immediately after you open it? When did you start experiencing this issue? Do you get an error message of any kind after the app crashes? 

 

This seems like a very odd situation, nevertheless, I would like to check on it further. Would it be possible for you to send me the following information?

 

  • Version of your iPhone
  • Version of the iOS in the iPhone
