i have exercised 2x in a day. Wanted to look at my first session. You only see the last one, so I click the days. The app freezes. You can’t scroll. It totally freezes. I’ve updated sense 2, iPhone, and the Fitbit app.
I have turned the phone off and back on multiple times

I’ve had the same issue for about a week with my sense 2/iPhone app. I have to clear the app from memory to get it to unfreeze. Getting quite annoying.

Same here too. Was working fine until 3 days ago. Now, the app freezes whenever I try to open exercise days. Very annoying. Is it caused by an update?

Just another data point. I have an Inspire 3 and an iPhone 15. Everything is up to date. I have not had this problem.

I have a sense 2 with the app version 20001.214.24 running on an iPhone 16 max, iOS 18.4.1. So, not sure if it’s the difference in phones or Fitbits.

I’ve had this issue for about the last week too and have a 16 with iOS 18.5. Restarting/reinstalling the app doesn’t help and it’s really annoying as Fitbit auto logging is already pretty iffy and now it’s difficult to go back and correct that

This problem only occurs on iPhone 16 or iPhone 16 pro max. I just recently discovered it because it works well on my iPhone 8 Plus.

I have an Inspire 3 and I have the same issue. Tapping Exercise Days tab completely freezes the app. Have tried multiple phone restarts and uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice, but the issue persists. All other tabs seem to work fine.

Update: Got tired of waiting for a fix. Went back to an Apple watch.

Any idea how long they usually take to troubleshoot and fix this kind of thing? It’s been pretty buggy from the start and I’m not quite ready to throw it away but it’s getting close

I’ve been doing that too. Also you can use the cardio load page to view the details for each exercise and edit/delete anything that got recorded incorrectly

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your reports and efforts.
I've informed our team and they are looking into this. They'll work on a solution, hopefully very fast.
To help them investigate this, could you all please provide us the phone modes as well as the operating system it uses? (eg. Pixel Phone 7, Android 15, iPhone 14 iOS 18.1, etc)

just to give some more details, it will freeze if I click on the "Exercise Days". However, I can open the last exercise shown on the main dash, also I can see all exercises if I go through "Cardio" menu, regardless GPS was used or not.
