IOS App freezes when you click exercise days

i have exercised 2x in a day. Wanted to look at my first session. You only see the last one, so I click the days. The app freezes. You can’t scroll. It totally freezes. I’ve updated sense 2, iPhone, and the Fitbit app. 

I have turned the phone off and back on multiple times

This has been happening to me too for a couple of weeks now. VERY frustrating

one additional info. i tried to do export of my Fitbit data and there were two failures in the export. Interestingly enough the two files that failed to be exported seems to be related to exercise data:

Hi, 

Same issues here. I’m using the Fitbit app on iphone 16 pro max. Every time I tap on the “Exercise Days” section to view my activity log, the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. I’ve already tried restarting my phone, updating the app and iOS, offloading and reinstalling the app — nothing works. Only have trouble with this section, everything else is fine. 

Quite frustrating as I just purchased my Charge 6 to replace my apple watch. Hopefully you guys can figure this out asap!

This is a problem with my phone too.  I just got the iPhone 16 pro max.  It’s iOS 18.5.  I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing worked.

To be honest, this freezing has been happening for a while.  It freezes, I quit the app, restart ... sometimes it takes 2-3 times but eventually updates my activities...

This was working with v4.41 of the app and was broken by the v4.42 update. It is still broken in v4.43 and v4.44. I find it difficult to understand how two more updates were released without fixing this fairly severe and easily reproducible problem.
