IOS App update

The Fitbit app will not sync since the update. I've done everything it says in the help forum, still no luck.

@Kristine8807 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did you tried these troubleshooting steps one by one? Also, try to log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in. Turn off your Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Make sure to restart the tracker as per the troubleshooting steps above.
