Hi, I can not pair My Charge2 to any of My 3 apple devise all bluetooth are on and restart but none of all 3 can see the fitbit ????

Hello @nanlan are you using the app to setup your device? 

Do you make sure that the other two devices are turned off when trying through one of them? 

At what point does the setup process fails and is there an error message or any response in the app?

Hi thanks for the message

yes the app is install but when comes the time to pair the charge 2 it give me a error 404

it's not connecting on bluetooth on any of my IOS with all bluetooth shut of except the one I want to pair
