Same here. Looking at the Mobiletrack Documentation under the “supported devices”, most iPhones are listed except for iPhone 8 and above.

I think ink an app update could solve this, but I am not sure.

Please get get this fixed!

@SunsetRunner  @Bear0  This is a known issue since the release of the iPhone 8.  The engineers are aware.

Please fix this Fitbit engineers!   I miss the MobileTrack feature for times when I’m charging my Fitbit device.  (Steps register from my phone.)   Every step counts!!!

FYI ALL -- I randomly tried setting up mobiletrack today on my iPhone 8 (ios 11.1) and it works now!

Yep, the update they released October 31 had the fix for the iPhone 8. It would have been nice if they mentioned that in the release notes, rather than saying [bug fixes and performance improvements].

Great news.  Now, what about support on the X?  I’ll be trading my 8 for one in a few more days.

I updated my app today and added mobile track but so far no steps. It’s like the app isn’t getting the data from my phone. Any ideas? It’s connected to my health app and I didn’t see an option for that, it is allowed to read motion data.
