I have not be able to load the app on my iPad mini. Is the app available for it?

If I'm remembering right, you have to find it on the Fitbit website, not in the app store. i have it on my mini.

@MareMare @Mthel There isn't a iPad-specific Fitbit App, but the iPhone App runs on an iPad. If you search the iPhone App Store, you should be able to find the Fitbit App.

Default setting on my mini for the App Store is to search for iPad only and this app isn't listed. You need to change that manually in upper left corner of the App Store screen to "iPhone only" to find this app. (Why? Who knows.) Or link from the Fitbit help page for your device.

Thanks Mthel for the info, I never paid attention to that before. I got a new Fitbit, so I gave my daughter my old one and I couldn't find the app for her iPad until I changed it to 'iPhone only' as you suggested. Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @momma2emmy! I haven't paid attention to that neither, so that is why I was having issues to download the Fitbit app as well, hehe. But thanks for sharing this information @Mthel.
