Hi, I just received my new fitbit flex in the mail today. I have tried both the iPhone app (I have the iPhone 5s) and everything is up to date...yet i still get the message "Request Failed: Bad Request (400)" when i get to the point in set up where I tap my flex for it to vibrate. It vibrates every time but i still receive the error message. I have also tried setup on my Mac and still receive an error message at the same point in setup. Any help would be much appreciated!! I have tried logging in/out, restarting phone, laptop, fitbit...i don't know what to do!

I continue to get the request faliled:  bad request (400).   I have completely logged out and back in.   I have set my flex up as a new device.  still getting the same error.  I used my flex for a year with no problems, and then did not use if for several months.  I am trying to get back in the habit.  Any other suggestions?  My phone finds the device, but the errro appears every time I do the tapping instruction.

Hey @Megvalz, welcome to the Forums! Smiley Very Happy If you still getting that error, you can try the following:

- Shut off the Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it on.

- Make sure you have your tracker updated and the app on your phone as well, should be the latest version.

- Log out from your account and then log back in.

- Set it up your Fitbit as a new device again.

And one more question, can you please tell me, what type of phone are are you using, and Android or an iOS?

Keep me posted!
