Note that your active minutes wont necessarily match the amount of time you spend doing an exercise. Since this will be determined by the intensity or effort you put on each exercise. Also if you are manually logging other activities, beside the one are being automatically tracked by your tracker, also can contribute to your overall amount of active minutes. I would like to recommend @SebringDon's post for more about information about Active Minutes.
