Ok, if you already checked your spam folder, as my friend @SunsetRunner suggested, then I recommend you to make sure that your email address is correct in your personal settings. If you are trying ti get this notification in the Fitbit app, try logging out and back from the app and resend the verification email.
If after that, you still not receiving it, please contact our Support team, so they can check your account and see why you haven't received it.
