I'm trying to set up my Alta I just purchased last week still haven't got it set up on my IPad. Can anyone pleSe help me?

Hi @sjeffers57awork and welcome to the Community!

First, I would recommend making sure that your iPad model is compatible with syncing Fitbit trackers. Click here to check.

Next, you can download the Fitbit App on your iPad in the iPhone App store. The Fitbit App is technically an iPhone App that is compatible with iPads.

Afterwards you can use the replacement setup process mentioned here to pair your tracker to your already-existing Fitbit account.

This should get you back on track, but let me know if you need any additional help!
