Hi
I bought the Fitbit Alta 3 days ago and everything was great - really easy to set up and sync with my iPhone.
Today, I couldn't sync and now most of the icons have disappeared! No more steps, sleep or water! Neither does it recognise that I actually have an Alta at all!! I have searched the suggestions on how to find these missing 'tiles' but still can't find them. Fealing like this was a huge waste of money, at the moment.
Is anyone able to help please?
Thank you
H

It's great to see new faces in the Community! Welcome aboard @HCB69 🙂
If you're not seeing your tiles on your dashboard, you can try to tap on the "Edit" option at the top right corner. All the tiles will start to wiggle and the ones that are not selected will show at the bottom. Here you can try to select them and once all the tiles you want to see on your dashboard are selected, you can tap on "Done" also at the top right corner and after that, the tiles should show up without any problem.
Let me know if this resolves the problem and if your Alta appears as connected to your account.

I'm afraid this didn't work as the 'edit' was missing too. I had to remove the device and reinstall the app. I lost 3 days of data, but it works now.
Thank you for your reply.
