The app kept crashing, I tried everything I mean everything not limited to: Reset my watch Versa 3 to the factory reset multiple times, log out of my account, using another account, off loading the app, deleting the app, deleting the account, even resetting my iPhone to the factory setting, using a different iPhone, reset both phones, reinstall the app again! in a brand-new phone and guess what? The app STILL Crashes the second I click to check the exercise. That had been going on for years. I guess it's time to move to an Apple watch, Garmin, or anything else that would be better than this.
