Hi
On the IOS app dashboard there is an icon in the bottom right hand corner called Notifications
When you select this on the next screen you can toggle between Mesages and Notifications
On my notifications tab my most recent notification is dated 9 Jun and states "Nailed it! you met your step goal for today."
I have been receiving these after this date but they no longer show in my notifications, I have tried deleting the old notifications to see if this helps but I have not found a way of doing this? any ideas anyone?
Thanks John

Hi @JohnRoberts. Welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting and let's work on this together. First of all, let me clarify that currently there isn't an option to remove the in-app notifications, as they'll be removed after 30 days or when you receive new ones. Our team changed the way you were receiving these notifications based on our users' feedback, but to continue getting them, please try the following:
- In the Fitbit app, tap Account icon and then Notifications.
- Confirm toggle is on.
- Confirm push notifications are on in phone settings for the Fitbit app.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
