In app notifications not working

It shows that I have notifications but has not updated since June.

I'd like to help you out with this.

 

Based on customer feedback, we stopped showing notifications in the Notification Center. You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.

You can continue to receive these notifications as push notifications by turning on Push Notifications in the app under Account > Notifications. Additionally, ensure that Notifications is selected in your iPhone settings.

If Fitbit is no longer doing notifications in the notification, can we remove the Notification Center ?

I only had my Fitbit Versa for less than 2 months now and my notifications is now showing up. I tried everything by resetting it and following the steps but it’s still not working. First my steps was not showing up now my notifications. Please help me out.

And there’s no number on the box that I can call .
