Inaccurate monthly distance graph

Tracking monthly distance on the app on my iPhone 6S using activity from my ionic. The monthly distance graph consistently has the first week of activity missing and I have to change screens to weekly/go back to dashboard and generally do all sorts of other random things to try to refresh it and get the full months activity so I can send this to Race at Your Pace as evidence if my monthly distance achievement. What is going on?
