Incorrect Keyboard Showing in the Fitbit app.

Hi. At some point, the FitBit app on my iPhone Xr, running iOS 12 and version 2.92 (826) of the FitBit app, started using my Bitmoji keyboard whenever it brought up a keyboard for data entry (logging water, food, exercise). 

So far I have been unable to find a solution to this issue. I have tried: turning the Bitmoji keyboard off and then back on, restarting the FitBit app, restarting the iPhone, hard restart of the iPhone. None of these solutions worked. The only way I can get the proper keyboard(s) to display in the app is to disable the Bitmoji keyboard and leave it disabled which also means I have no access to it in other apps where I may want to use it.

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting us know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment we haven't received more reports about this situation happening, however, I'll make sure to forward this information to our team so they can take a better look at it. In the meantime, please reply to us with a screenshot of the Bitmoji Keyboard appearing in the Fitbit app so I can forward it as well.

The same thing is happening to me. When I try to log my weight, only the bitmoji keyboard is available and there is no way to switch keyboards.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. At this moment, I would like to ask you for some screenshots of the keyboard you're able to see when trying to log in weight. This will be very helpful to us to check this further.

I am also having this issue. I have turned off the keyboard and restarted my phone, but it remains the only keyboard I can use.

When I launch Fitbit app on my IPAD, the keyboard appears on the right side of the screen. In able to use it.

Bitmoji is the only keyboard showing in Fitbit for me. I had to delete it off my phone to get a regular keyboard.

I am having this exact same issue. I am only able to see the Bitmoji keyboard on my Fitbit app. I removed the Bitmoji keyboard off of my phone and then I had a Numbers keyboard available to me again. As soon as I reactivated the Bitmoji keyboard I no longer have access to a numeric keyboard

How do I get the emoji keyboard off while using FitBit?  I see previous posts this can be an issue, but not how to bring the regular keyboard back.  Can’t enter weight

Same thing has happened to me. I tried to log my weight today and only the bitmoji keyboard is available. I turned off the bitmoji and my fitbit had no keyboard available.

I also have this issue. Pressing the globe to change keyboard doesn’t work. It does work in any other app, just not fitbit. 
Can’t put amount of water in id not the ore assigned amounts!
