I’ve contacted customer service regarding not receiving notifications, no heart rate counts at all, etc. I’m told to update the Fitbit app and my phone, turn this off and back on, etc. Still no luck! Paid to much money for this Fitbit to not work properly!!!

@Momx2girls - Did you get back in touch with Support to report this? That would be the best thing to do.
