Just started using the Fitbit to track my walks and runs. Before I start the walk I always start the Fitbit tracker and make sure to stop the tracker as soon as I am done with my walk. On the exercise log, it shows the correct distance in km as I have set up the app in km. But the daily distance is way off but when I click into the day to look at the graph the distance is once again correct. For example in the exercise log my walk measured 8.77km but in the daily distance on the home screen, it is showing 13.41km. But surprisingly when I go to the hour-by-hour graph for the daily distance (not weekly) and I click and open up the graph it says 8.8km. I thought this might be due to the app double counting the activity when I log the walk but I tried today to delete my log of the walk and the distance was still off. I am guessing the issue is that in the daily distance it takes the 8.77km as miles and then converts it to km once again to get around 13.7km. I tried the old restart and the delete and redownload. When I redownloaded the app for a split second it was actually correct the daily distance but after a couple of seconds, it was once started showing the incorrect daily distance. If someone could help me out with this then it would be very much appreciated.
