Infinite Silent Alarm Sync

My silent alarms sync FOREVER! I have one set to 7:20AM and it absolutely will not update to 7:10AM. It just says syncing, even if I leave it open for hours.

Hi @EmilyBruce, it is great to see new faces around. Woman Happy Let me give you a hand on this. To solve this syncing issue, first of all  will ask you to restart your Charge HR, after that, please follow the instructions on this article "I can't sync my tracker", I'm pretty sure all the data, including the alarms will be updated. That article has instructions to do t over your computer or using your iPhone, so you can choose. 

 

I hope this works. Let me know if the issue persists.
