To solve this syncing issue, first of all will ask you to restart your Charge HR, after that, please follow the instructions on this article "I can't sync my tracker", I'm pretty sure all the data, including the alarms will be updated. That article has instructions to do t over your computer or using your iPhone, so you can choose.
