Trouble setting up

Having trouble setting up flex to iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro. Tried turning on and off several times. Gets to the tap till vibrates stage ( I feel the vibrations) then the app responds with not working. MacBook gets to same stage and doesn't work either

Hi @Malfarnat, welcome to the Community! so you are trying to set up your Flex however it gets stock on the part where you have to tap it and you feel the vibrations, right? and you're getting a "not working" message... If so, let me suggest you to try something, please perform a restart of your Flex, then please repeat the set up steps. 

If this issue persists, is better if you get in touch with Fitbit Support, they will look into this and find the best solution for this issue. Robot wink
