I recently lost my charger while on vacation. My Fitbit went completely dead before I could get a new charger. When I got the new charger and charged the Fitbit, my iPhone still showed dead battery. I have deleted the Fitbit and tried to reinstall. All I get is searching. Bluetooth is turned on. Help!

@Steve088 Have you tried turning off bluetooth, then rebooting your phone, and then turn bluetooth back on?

Hello @Steve088 and welcome to the Fitbit Community! ![]()
At this moment, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips to help your tracker sync to your iPhone. If after following these tips your Fitbit tracker is still unable to sync, my best recommendations would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track! ![]()
