Unable to sync zip

Trying to pair zip. Nothing says sync. I have Bluetooth and wifi on. Downloaded the app, updated iOS... Any idea?

Hello @Maeann, welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy

 

If your Zip is unable to pair, please try to restart it first:

 

  1. Open the battery door using the black plastic battery door tool, and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds and then place the battery back into the device making sure that the plus side is facing up.
  3. Close the battery door, then flip your Zip over and give it a tap. Its screen should function properly again.

Then, open the Fitbit app and try to set it up once again by tapping on the Account tab and then on Set up a New Device. If that doesn't do the trick, restart your mobile device and try to set up the Zip once again.
