Trying to pair zip. Nothing says sync. I have Bluetooth and wifi on. Downloaded the app, updated iOS... Any idea?

Hello @Maeann, welcome to the Community!
If your Zip is unable to pair, please try to restart it first:
- Open the battery door using the black plastic battery door tool, and remove the battery.
- Wait 10 seconds and then place the battery back into the device making sure that the plus side is facing up.
- Close the battery door, then flip your Zip over and give it a tap. Its screen should function properly again.
Then, open the Fitbit app and try to set it up once again by tapping on the Account tab and then on Set up a New Device. If that doesn't do the trick, restart your mobile device and try to set up the Zip once again.
