I had to delete and reenter my fitbit app on my iphone because my Versa would not sync and STILL doesnt connect to wifi.  I tried everything listed.  It registered my steps all of a sudden but stopped again.  In the meantime, ALL my Challenges info and friends are gone.  It is as if I never did any if them for the past few years.  I cannot find a spec of info on if this be fixed so I get my info back.  So itritated.  I’ve been researching for over 2 hours now.

I appreciate you have reported this issue to us. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Is anything else affected or only the Leaderboard/Friends and Challenges? At this moment I would like to ask you to go to your online Dashboard and check if the information from your friends is showing here. If it does, I would like to recommend the following:

 

  • Force-quit the Fitbit app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
