Information synced previously disappears after new sync.

Hello all.  I purchased a new Versa today and set it up for my iPhone 7 Plus.  I noticed when I got to work that the Steps, Floors, and Distance will revert back to previous numbers after a Sync.  Calories burned, Active minutes, and Active hours are all accumulating.  Is anyone else having this or similar issues?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to first restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, monitor it for the next days and take a screenshot of your dashboard on your first sync of the day; later, sync your Versa and if the information disappears again, take another screenshots and reply to us with both. This will be very helpful for us to check this further.
