Hi there!
I just received a brand new Inspire 3 as a gift. This was an upgrade from my Inspire 2.
Everything seems to be working fine, however it is saying that I need to install the SpO2 App… And when I go to check in the gallery, I noticed that I already have the proper watch face as default and the app says it is already installed, and that would be default also.
Yet, when I look on the app, it says that it can’t give me any data until I install the app. Should I uninstall and reinstall?
I am really interested in this feature and I’m not sure how to get it working properly.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hi @OregonGirl27. A warm welcome to the community.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding your Inspire 3.
Please confirm that you have granted the permissions to the Spo2 app.
If you continue to have difficulties, change the clock face as indicated here, and try to install Spo2 app again.
