Since I downloaded your latest update Fitbit is not working properly at all won’t log food won’t log all steps keeps flicking off. I rebooted it done everything I can think of and it’s still not working. I’m just getting really fed up with it and we never bought it

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To look into this, may I know if the update you're referring to is related to the Fitbit app? Or is it to your Fitbit device? Because it's been a while since you posted, please confirm if the issue still persists.
Take in mind that you can always try to force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone to ensure its performance.
