Inspire HR - Distance and map not shown after tracking walk

I use an Inspire HR. When I track an exercise (started through the app), and take my phone along to track using the gps on my phone, I can see the distance covered and a map of the route covered while the exercise is tracking, but the distance and map are no longer shown once I finish the exercise. Only the steps and HR are displayed then. Having checked the settings, it is set to always allow fitbit to access location. Is there some other setting that I need to change?

My FitBit suddenly stopped tracking on the map about two weeks ago. I did not change any settings, it did not give me any notifications. It simply shows two dots close together at my starting location, for the last four walks/hikes I tracked. I’ve been using it since August last year without issues.

This is really annoying.

My map is no longer showing after walks or bike rides.  Location Services is set to Always On for Fitbit.  I have tried rebooting my phone, my fitbit, and stopped/relaunched the app.  I am running version 3.28 of the Fitbit app.
