I have purchased a fit bit inspire hr today and the app was working fine but now whenever I go on the app it says “tile malfunction” repeatedly and doesn’t show any data it’s just blank. Any help would be much appreciated

1. Log out of the app.
2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
