Inspire HR Won't Sync with iPhone

I too am having sync issues. I spent the last couple days turning my iPhone Bluetooth and wireless off and on, then manually trying to sync Inspire HR with the Fitbit app on my iPhone (updated to iOS 13.4.1 a few days ago). Synchronizing was iffy before the recent iOS update, but I could get it to work after several attempts in Fitbit app. Since iOS update, sync does not work. I have tried restarting Inspire HR 2-3 times and hooking it up to iMac to sync, but I couldn't get that to work. I tried updating the firmware, but nothing happens when I connect my Fitbit to my computer (OS X 10.14.6). My Fitbit has firmware version 34.20001.63.12. I have gone through the support recommendations on Fitbit's website and cannot get my Fitbit to sync. My web dashboard says that the last time I did so successfully was on Wednesday 8 April at 10:48 a.m. I think I've been using the Fitbit since December 2019. Thank you!

I just connected my iPhone to a speaker via Bluetooth, and it worked. So my phone's Bluetooth works. And, earlier today, I installed the Fitbit app onto my second phone (Android), and it synchronized with my Inspire HR. This brought in my data that had been accumulating since Wednesday. Additionally, the sync put my info into Cronometer. The Fitbit app on my iPhone still does not recognize my Inspire HR, and I'm wondering if it has to do with the iOS update and/or the latest version of the Fitbit app for the iPhone. At least now the Fitbit app on my iPhone is updated via the Fitbit app on my Android phone. Of course, this is not a permanent solution to the Fitbit sync problem on the iPhone! Thank you.
