Inspire HR and Sleep Tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire HR tracked my first night perfectly, but the past two nights it’s only tracked part of my sleep, and the time logged (in hours) doesn’t match what it actually should have been. Ex: say I slept 12-6 it would only say I slept like 3.5 hours or something but that added with the minutes awake doesn’t match 6 hours...what can I do?

@ElisePeterson Welcome! It's great to see you around!

Let me help you with your sleep logs. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
